Tenant Placement Procedure

  • Property is evaluated to ensure that it is in "rentable" condition (email info@TurnKeyLandlordservices.com no more than 6 pictures of property).
  • Tenant Placement/Leasing Agreement is signed.
  • Once potential tenant is found they complete TurnKeyLandlordServices.com's rental application or owner's rental application. The completed application is turned over to Owner, Owner approves or declines potential tenant.
  • Fee: 1st month's rent.
