Property Cleaning Procedure

  • Property must be clear of all debris and furniture.
  • Lockbox must be placed on property which can be purchased at your local hardware store for a nominal fee.
  • Fees: House: $250: Condo/Townhouse: $150. If upon arriving at the property, it is extraordinarily filthy, additional fees will be due.
